About
Born and raised in Chicago, Chef Eboni is a devoted Navy spouse and loving mother of four amazing children. She also has one grandchild. As a formal addiction and youth counselor, she advocates for mental health and self-improvement. The Diamond & Denim Women Empowerment event was created by her to focus her advocacies on strengthening momentum and increasing support for an underserved population. Chef Eboni is a fan-favorite and self-taught cook that has an extensive social media presence.
Media Career
Chef Eboni is known as one of the strongest, passionate and most consistent cooks in MasterChef season 8. According to Gordon Ramsay, she “cooks like a chef’s dream.” Her television career has since extended to include Guy’s Chance of a Lifetime (G-COAL) and Guy’s Grocery Games (Triple G). She is featured in a variety of culinary videos on YouTube as well as cooking tutorials. Serving as a judge for food competitions around the country, to include War of the Wings and Wine & Food Festival in Virginia Beach, she is also in demand for guest appearances.
Professional Experience
Chef Eboni Henry has worked in leadership for several Fortune 500 companies, created recipes on the menus of several popular restaurants around the Virginia Beach area, and works as a Private Chef. As a Private Chef, she travels the world offering private, personalized dining experiences to elite clientele. She has been called to open and train staff for a portfolio of hotels and resorts, such as the Cavalier and Hilton. She is now concentrating her efforts in cultivating her company, Emerge, providing a wide array of unique services and product; to include homemade bath salts and spices.
